ZEBRA ZQ600 PLUS SERIES: Mobile Receipt and Label Printers
The printer series ZQ600 Plus provides modern print technology for mobile label and receipt printing. The three models enable print widths of 2″ (ZQ610 Plus), 3″ (ZQ620 Plus) or 4″ (ZQ630 Plus) at a print resolution of 203 dpi. Wireless connections, such as Wi-Fi 802.11ac and 802.11r for fast roaming as well as Bluetooth, allow freedom of movement. The printers have a sleep-mode function to save energy but will wake up instantly and be ready when receiving a new print job. For convenient use, the Zebra ZQ600 Plus series’ printers are equipped with a color display. A customizable, icon-based menu enables straightforward navigation. In case of an error, for example, if the casing is not closed properly, the display color will change and indicate a problem. The ZQ600 Plus series’ label printers provide an easy-to-use mobile printing solution.
Zebra’s Link-OS operating system and the Print DNA suite guarantee uncomplicated integration and management of the Zebra ZQ600 Plus series’ mobile printers. By means of MDM connectors, the printers can be integrated into various device management systems such as VMware Workspace ONE (formerly AirWatch), SOTI MobiControl, or Wavelink Avalanche. Print DNA also provides productivity and development tools. PrintSecure ensures secure connectivity and protects data and infrastructure. All printers can be managed from a central location, also enabling remote firmware upgrades (via Ethernet cradle) and remote troubleshooting. Printhead diagnostics let the user know in time, when the printhead needs replacement. The Zebra ZQ600 Plus series’ printers are compatible with Apple iOS, Android and Windows Mobile.
The direct thermal printers of the ZQ600 Plus series by Zebra are extremely durable. The over-molded, single-piece design ensures high resistance and protection against dust and water (IP54). The robust mobile devices survive multiple drops from a height of 1.52 m (ZQ610 Plus, ZQ620 Plus) or 1.83 m (ZQ630 Plus) to concrete. These compact printers are made to last even when in constant use.
With the portable printers ZQ610 Plus, ZQ620 Plus and ZQ630 Plus, barcodes, text and graphics can be printed vertically or horizontally. The peel-and-present mode is ideal for smooth label printing. Media loading is perfectly simple, due to the clamshell design. For hands-free working, the printers can be attached to a belt clip. The ZQ600 Plus series is backward compatible with the QLn series’ accessories.
