ZEBRA ZD621-HC: Premium 4-inch Label Printer for Healthcare Applications
The Zebra ZD621-HC desktop label printer offers the adaptability needed for flexible healthcare applications. Depending on the environment, the ZD621-HC is available as direct thermal or thermal transfer printer. Choose between a resolution of 203 dpi (standard) or 300 dpi (option). Because of the movable media sensor, the ZD621-HC is compatible with different media types, whether standard labels, tag stock, receipt paper or wristbands. Zebra’s print technology ensures excellent print results.
The healthcare version of the ZD621 label printer comes with a 4.3-inch touch display as standard. An easy-to-understand display menu and 3 operating keys provide an intuitive user interface. 5 LED icons inform the user about the printer status. The ZD621-HC can be used with any Windows, Android or iOS device and also enables stand-alone operation.
For easy integration, the Zebra ZD621-HC is equipped with multiple ports: Ethernet, serial, USB 2.0 and USB Host. Additionally, a wireless module with WLAN and Bluetooth connectivity is available. A mobile app enables easy setup of the printer via Bluetooth and provides access to video tutorials.
The label printer ZD621-HC by Zebra comes with a comprehensive software package, the Print DNA. It includes tools for the remote management of one or several printers. The PrintSecure application is particularly important for the protection of sensitive data. Healthcare facilities have been targets of cyberattacks. The PrintSecure software tool defends your printer against such attacks, provides secure connections and blocks unauthorized access.
