ZEBRA ZD611: Sophisticated 2-inch Label and Receipt printer
Label and receipt printer for optimal results: Zebra’s ZD611 enables a print resolution of 203 dpi as standard. A 300 dpi version is available as option. It prints fonts, barcodes as well as graphics precisely. Depending on the application, a direct thermal or a thermal transfer printer can be selected. The maximum print speed is 8 ips or 203 mm/s.

In addition to the existing USB, USB host and Ethernet ports, others can be added later: serial port (RS-232), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. There are also additional media handling options available: Label dispenser and peeler, cutter.
Straightforward use: The Zebra ZD611 label printer is available with a 4.3-inch touch display for convenient operation. It also provides three control buttons. The printer can be used as stand-alone device, without a PC connection. Five LED lights indicate printer status. The smart design of the ZD611 enables quick and easy media loading and ribbon change.
Clever software tools: Zebra provides the “Printer Setup” mobile app for Android and iOS to enable quick and easy setup of the label and receipt printer ZD611. For optimal integration and use, the software package “Print DNA” offers a whole range of tools. No matter whether one or more devices are used, they can be comfortably monitored and managed remotely. Detect security vulnerabilities, ensure endpoint security as well as safe connections and protect printers from unwanted access with “PrintSecure”. Switch hassle-free from other brands: Printer languages are emulated, so you can directly reuse your existing label layouts.
Wide media variety: The ZD611 is equipped with a movable media sensor. Therefore, numerous different types of printer media can be processed: Media rolls, fan-fold media, die-cut labels, continuous media, black mark labels, tag stock, continuous receipt paper, wristbands.
Models and variants:
Healthcare: The ZD611 model for applications in medical environments is offered in a white color scheme. Its housing is made of disinfectant- and UV-resistant materials. The printer’s control panel is sealed and the printer therefore very easy to clean. Direct thermal and thermal transfer versions are available.
RFID: The ZD611 RFID model is equipped with Zebra’s RE40 RFID reader/encoder.
Battery: With the optional high-performance battery, the Zebra ZD611 label printer can be transformed into a mobile device. This is ideal for the use on mobile workstations. The battery lasts an entire shift and offers maximum flexibility.
ZD621: The Zebra ZD621 receipt and label printer enables larger print widths of up to 4 inches or 118 mm. Features and options of the ZD621 correspond to the ZD611.
Linerless: The linerless model is suitable for many applications and provides an economical choice. Label rolls without liner offer higher capacities and produce less waste.
