ZEBRA ZD200 SERIES: Zebra Quality at an Affordable Price
The 4-inch desktop printers of the ZD200 series by Zebra enable fast and uncomplicated printing with a print resolution of 203 dpi with a maximum print width of 104 mm. The ZD220 model reaches a maximum print speed of 102 mm per second, the ZD230 of 152 mm per second. Both are available as direct thermal or thermal transfer printers. They are able to process roll-fed or fan-fold, die-cut or continuous media as well as black mark, tag stock, receipt paper and wristbands allowing versatile application possibilities.
Perfect simplicity characterizes the Zebra ZD220 and ZD230 label printers. They can be used right out of the box. One LED light, indicating printer status, and one operating button are all that is required for excellent print results. The clamshell design enables easy access for ribbon and media change.
A dual-wall housing protects the compact printers of the ZD200 series and ensures a long service life. The ZD220 is available with pre-installed peeler, the ZD230 can be equipped with peeler or cutter for more user convenience. The printers are Energy-Star-rated, ensuring energy-efficient operation.
The two Zebra desktop printers ZD220 and ZD230 use ZPL, EPL and XML printer languages. Zebra provides a basic set of PrintDNA applications. The devices print 1D and 2D barcodes and text.
Both label printers of the Zebra ZD200 series are equipped with a standard USB 2.0 interface. The ZD230 enables additional factory-installed options, including Ethernet, WiFi and Bluetooth, to enable wired or wireless network connectivity. Besides faster print speeds, the ZD230 also accommodates larger ribbon rolls of up to 300 m capacity.
The day-to-day printing of labels, receipts, tags or wristbands is not necessarily complicated or expensive. Zebra’s new ZD200 series is perfectly easy to use and provides good value for money.
