ZEBRA WT6400: Wearable Computer for Industrial Applications
A smart wearable: The Zebra wearable computer WT6400 provides employees with the freedom of movement and at the same time the technical equipment they need to carry out their work effectively. By using mobile computers, the data in the ERP system is always kept up to date. The WT6400 was specifically developed for industrial environments and can be perfectly integrated into production and logistics processes. The WT6400 is comfortable to wear and particularly user-friendly. The wearable terminal is equipped with a large 4.7-inch display. The touchscreen is protected against scratches and breakage by Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and can be operated with a finger, glove, or stylus. The version without a keypad has three programmable function keys, while the version with a keypad has 23 alphanumeric keys. The size and spacing of the keys enable convenient operation even with gloves.
Wearable to support fast-paced workflows: The WT6400 data terminal can easily be attached to an arm cuff using a snap-on fastener. Both left- and right-handed users can operate the device with equal ease. There are three wristband options to choose from: with Velcro straps or with single or double dial that enable perfect adjustment to fit the user’s arm.
Powerful technology right at hand: The WT6400 wearable touch computer from Zebra is equipped with a powerful Qualcomm octa-core processor with a clock frequency of up to 2.4 GHz. It provides 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage. The WT6400 is certified Android Enterprise Recommended (AER). The terminal runs Android 13 and can be upgraded through Android 17.
Up-to-date wireless connectivity: Fast data connections are essential for modern workflows. With Wi-Fi 6E, the WT6400 offers the latest wireless standard. Security protocols such as WPA3 Enterprise ensure enterprise-level Wi-Fi security. The mobile computer is also equipped with Bluetooth 5.3 and NFC.
Data capture with a wearable scanner: For digital data capture, a wearable scanner can be connected to the WT6400 via Bluetooth. Compatible Zebra scanners are for example the RS2100, RS5100 and the RS6100. The wearable computer is equipped with a 13-megapixel camera.
A wearable with stamina: The WT6400 mobile computer is designed for industrial and logistics applications and is therefore extremely durable. It is suitable for freezer environments and can be used within a temperature range from -30 °C to +50 °C. The device is resistant to drops from a height of 1.2 m over the entire temperature range (1.8 m on concrete at temperatures from 23 °C to 50 °C). The terminal is protected against the ingress of dust and water in accordance with protection classes IP65 and IP67. The replaceable battery can be conveniently changed without removing the device from the arm. A 5000 mAh extended battery is available, for example for freezer applications.
