UNITECH MS836: Basic 1D Laser Scanner
If basic equipment for 1D barcode scanning is required, the Unitech MS836 is a low-cost solution. The corded handheld scanner reads all major 1D barcodes: EAN-8, EAN-13, UPC-A, UPC-E, Code 39, Code 128, EAN128, Codabar, Industrial 2 of 5, Interleaved 2 of 5, Matrix 2 of 5, MSI, GS1.
The linear barcode reader Unitech MS836 reaches a scan rate of 100 scans per second and captures codes with a maximum resolution of 3 mil. Its easy operation makes it a good choice for versatile 1D barcode scanning tasks in retail or industrial environments. The MS836 can either be used as handheld scanner or in presentation mode. To switch between modes, the trigger simply needs to be pressed for a few seconds. A presentation stand is included. The user receives good-read feedback through LEDs and an audible signal.
The MS836 barcode scanner by Unitech can withstand drops from a height of 1.5 m. It is sealed against the ingress of dust and water in accordance with protection class IP42.
