UNITECH EA520: Powerful & robust
The new handheld terminal EA520 from Unitech makes your work noticeably easier! The device has a brightness of up to 450 nits thanks to optical bonding technology. This enables brilliant image reproduction and the display remains legible under any lighting conditions. The ultra-sensitive touchscreen can also be navigated with gloves or on a wet surface.
The Unitech EA520 mobile computer is equipped with an MTK P22 64-bit octa-core processor, which enables fast data processing with low energy consumption. The EA520 has 4GB RAM and an integrated 64GB flash memory. Using MicroSD it is possible to expand the storage capacity by up to 256 GB. The mobile computer comes with the Android 11 operating system. The EA520 can be managed with the MDM software MoboLink. It also supports MDM solutions from SOTI, VMware, and 42Gears.
The new EA520 from Unitech is designed for business use and is therefore equipped with a professional barcode reader. Zebra’s SE4710 scan engine captures linear and QR codes even in poor condition. Thanks to the two scan buttons on the left and right of the device and the option of omnidirectional scanning, 1D and 2D codes can be read in quickly and easily. In addition, Unitech offers various pistol grip options as accessories. The Unitech EA520 is also available with a 13-megapixel rear camera with another 8-megapixel front camera.
The Unitech EA520 terminal offers dual-band WiFi with fast roaming, LTE, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC. The replaceable and powerful battery with a capacity of 4,100mAh enables long runtimes. Thanks to its robust construction, it can still be used in a variety of ways. It can withstand falls from a height of 1.5 m, with an additional protective frame (accessory) even from a height of 1.8 m.
The terminal is protected against the ingress of dust and water and corresponds to protection class IP67. The operating temperature range is from -20 °C to +60 °C. The EA520 has SmartPA. This takes full advantage of the compact speaker to provide better sound quality at maximum volume. In distracting or noisy environments, users are supported by a clearer, more natural and higher quality audio experience. The connection to the charging station and the pistol grip is established with spring contact pins (pogo pins). Two Nano SIM card slots are available.
