TSC TH SERIES: Range of Ten Desktop Label Printers for Versatile Applications
Clever design: The desktop printers in the TH series from TSC are easy to use. Most models are equipped with an intuitive 3.5-inch color touchscreen. The two 4-inch basic models TH240 and TH340 have status LEDs instead of a display. With the TSCPRTGo label printing app for Android and iOS devices, the printers can be conveniently controlled using a mobile computer. The robust, double-walled housing has a clamshell design for easy media loading. The label printers support media widths between 15 mm and 120 mm. An optional adapter enables the printing of particularly narrow media with a width of only 10 mm. The TH series’ printers process continuous, fanfold, die-cut, notched, and black mark labels.
Suitable for various applications: The TH series’ printers are either available with a resolution of 203 dpi or 300 dpi. The sophisticated printing mechanism ensures high-precision printing. This enables the printing of very small labels for jewelry or spectacle frames for example. The versatile devices process labels with a thickness of between 0.06 mm and 0.19 mm. The 2-inch models enable a print width of 54 mm (203 dpi) or 56.9 mm (300 dpi). The 4-inch versions have a maximum print width of 108 mm (203 dpi) or 105.7 mm (300 dpi). All printers enable both direct thermal and thermal transfer printing.
CPU and printer management: The TH series’ printers are equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor and provide 128 MB SDRAM and 128 MB flash. Storage can be expanded by up to 512 GB using a MicroSD card. The label printers have a self-diagnostics function. TSC provides the software solution TSC Console for monitoring and management of the printers. It is also possible to configure the printers via an internal embedded webpage and to access a virtual control panel. Additionally, the label printers are compatible with SOTI Connect. Various network security protocols are supported. The printers automatically emulate all major printer languages and can be easily integrated into your company’s labeling processes. Multiple standard interfaces and options for wireless connectivity such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth also facilitate integration into existing systems.
Devices for healthcare environments: The TH series’ HC label printers have a white antimicrobial housing which is resistant to disinfectants and easy to clean. The power supply complies with the standard for medical devices.
