TSC TDM SERIES: Portable Receipt Printer Series

The TDM series portable printers come with only three buttons: on/off, feed and cover-open. This enables easy, user-friendly operation. A 32-bit RISC processor and 16 MB Flash as well as 32 MB SDRAM ensure that the printers are ready for any mobile receipt or label printing task required. The printers of the TSC TDM series reach a maximum print speed of 102 mm per second and provide a resolution of 203 dpi. Depending on the printer model, a large range of printing media can be processed, for example, receipt paper, receipt paper with black mark or selected labels. The TDM-20 is equipped with a reflective media sensor, the TDM-30 can be equipped with either a reflective or a transmissive media sensor. There is a factory-installed linerless kit available as option for both printer models. The TDM series’ printers are able to print 1D and 2D barcodes as well as text.

For a versatile and dependable operation, the handy mobile printers of the TDM series come with the TSC Mobile Utility App which provides a set of tools enabling mobile configuration and management of the printers as well as web-based printing tasks via iOS or Android. An OPOS and SDK software pack provides the framework for a seamless integration into existing systems and ensures smooth communication between PCs, mobile devices or POS terminals and the printers. It includes driver support for OPOS, Windows, Android and iOS. Supported printer languages are TSPL-EZD (EPL2, ZPL2, DPL), ESC-POS or CPCL. An intelligent diagnostic tool constantly monitors the printhead to ensure maximal print quality. The compact printers of the TDM series provide various connectivity options. There is a choice between: Bluetooth 4.2 + WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n + passive NFC tag + USB 2.0 or MFi-certified Bluetooth 5.0 + passive NFC tag + USB 2.0.
