TSC MB SERIES: Small Industrial Printers
Four printer versions, simple operation: The printers of the MB series from TSC can be quickly and easily configured and integrated into workflows. The standard versions MB240 and MB340 provide LED indicators and two operating buttons. The MB240T and MB340T additionally offer a 3.5-inch color touch display and are equipped with six operating keys. The label printers can be fully opened at the side for very convenient access to change media and ribbon.
Print performance: The label printers of the MB series can print fonts as well as 1D and 2D barcodes. Both thermal transfer and direct thermal printing are possible. The printers MB240 and MB240T provide a print resolution of 203 dpi and achieve a print speed of 10 ips. The versions MB340 and MB340T offer a resolution of 300 dpi and reach a print speed of 7 ips. The MB series’ printers are able to handle different types of media, such as continuous label rolls, die-cut labels, labels with black mark or notches, and fanfold labels. Media widths between 20 mm and 120 mm can be processed. The printer language is TSPL-EZD, but the printers are also compatible with EPL, ZPL, ZPL II and DPL.
Connectivity: The printers are equipped with USB 2.0, USB Host, serial (RS-232) and Ethernet as standard. Bluetooth 4.2 can be integrated ex works. A wireless module (802.11 a/b/g/n) and a GPIO interface are available if required.
CPU: The industrial printers of the MB series are equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor and provide 128 MB of SDRAM and 128 MB of storage.
Media handling: In order to customize the printers to suit individual workflows, they can be equipped with a peel-off module, an internal rewinder and a cutter as required.
