Mobile printers for business-critical processes: The printers Alpha-30L, Alpha-30LHC, Alpha-40L and Alpha-40L RFID from TSC ensure reliable mobile label printing. Their robust plastic housing with rubber overmolding protects against mechanical damage, for example from drops or shocks. Modern diagnostic tools support smooth operation and ensure consistent print quality. Problems such as faulty pins on the print head, which affect the print quality, are detected and can be resolved quickly. Downtimes are reduced to a minimum.

Portable printers for on-site label printing: Thanks to their compact design, the Alpha series’ printers are ideal for printing on the go. Whether in warehouses, supermarkets or in production halls, printing labels directly on site increases process efficiency. The Alpha mobile printers can be carried on a belt or shoulder strap, or they can be mounted on mobile workstations or in vehicles. The printers in the Alpha series are direct thermal printers and have a resolution of 203 dpi. Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi (optional) wireless interfaces enable seamless connectivity to mobile computers. With the “Mobile Utility” app, the printers to be controlled via Android and iOS mobile computers. The printers are also equipped with a small color display, seven operating keys and two status LEDs.

Smart printers with flexible memory and storage options: The Alpha-30L, -40L and -30LHC printers are equipped with a 32-bit RISC processor and provide 128 MB RAM and 128 MB flash. As option they are available with 256 MB RAM and 512 MB flash. Memory can also be expanded by up to 32 GB using a MicroSD card. For monitoring and management of the printers, TSC offers the solution TSC Console. The Alpha series is also compatible with the SOTI Connect printer management software. The printers are easy to integrate by means of OPOS and various SDKs. Supported printer languages are TSPL-EZC (EPL2, ZPL2, CPCL) or ESC-POS.

Alpha-30LHC for healthcare environments: The Alpha-30LHC mobile healthcare printer is suitable for applications in hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare areas. The white and gray antimicrobial housing is resistant to disinfectants. It has an easy-to-clean surface and sealed operation keys. The medical-grade power supply complies with the requirements for healthcare facilities.

Alpha-40L RFID: RFID labeling is an effective method to identify and trace products, packages and pallets in many sectors. The TSC Alpha-40L RFID offers an industry-level 4-inch mobile RFID printer. Automatic calibration facilitates deployment and use. The Alpha-40L RFID enables printing and encoding of commonly available labels with RFID inlays and chips. It is RAIN UHF compliant.
