LOFTWARE ON PREMISE: LABEL DESIGN, MANAGEMENT AND PRINTING

Designer Pro: The basis for Loftware’s on-site labeling solutions is Designer Pro. It provides an intuitive user interface based on MS Word. Required elements such as text fields, barcodes or images are added to the layout using drag-and-drop. As Loftware provides over 4,500 printer drivers, the labels are compatible with almost any printer. Label templates can be easily changed or updated. To update dynamic data, for example, the positioning of elements and the label length can be automatically adjusted, line breaks inserted, or the font size changed. Multi-page supply chain documents such as delivery bills or pick lists can also be created with Designer Pro. This allows you to use a standardized system to manage and print all your warehouse documents.
PowerForms Suite: PowerForms Suite provides users with extended options. Solutions for labeling processes can be created without any coding experience. You can, for example, configure on-demand printing forms that guide users through the printing process. Simply by using drag-and-drop, various elements can be positioned in the form as required. Print jobs can then be executed at the touch of a button. There is no need for the operator to enter any data into the label. This saves time and minimizes errors. Additionally, PowerForms Suite enables print automation. You can define rules to adapt labels to changed information in your database, for example, to automatically print an updated label in the event of a reposting.
LMS Pro/LMS Enterprise: In addition to the challenges of creating and printing labels, for many organizations the administration of labels and labeling processes is extremely time-consuming and costly. Instead of a standardized process that applies to all users and locations, label variants are designed by different people and stored in different places on the server. In many cases, there are no formal procedures for the approval of label templates or modifications of templates and there is no continuous documentation. LMS provides a unified management platform for all labeling processes in the company. A server-based control center enables standardized and centralized management of all labeling processes. This includes digitalized approval procedures that save time and ensure consistent quality standards. With LMS it is possible to integrate label printing processes directly into company systems such as ERP, WMS or MES. It also enables role-based access control. LMS helps you to reduce the amount of stored label data and prevents labels from being changed inadvertently. The printer fleet can also be managed centrally via LMS.
