Loftware Cloud Designer: Loftware Cloud Designer is the cloud-based basic module for creating user-defined labels. No programming knowledge is required. The Cloud Designer dashboard is based on MS Office and provides a familiar user interface. Smart templates make it easy to create your own labels without programming. All required elements can be positioned on the template using drag-and-drop. Labels designed with Loftware Cloud are compatible with virtually any printer. Do you use different media types and label sizes? The content on the templates can be adapted dynamically, for example by automatically changing the font size or inserting line breaks. As a result, only a few templates are required to cover a wide range of applications. Other supply chain documents such as delivery bills, invoices, or packing slips can also be created with Cloud Designer. This allows you to use a standardized system to manage and print all your warehouse documents.

Loftware Cloud Essentials: Do you want to standardize labelling processes and make them more efficient? Cloud Essentials has the tools you need. Cloud Essentials can be installed on the computer or used directly in the browser. By creating printing forms, label printing processes can be simplified across the enterprise. No programming is required. On-demand printing forms guide users safely through the printing process. This accelerates printing processes and reduces the risk of errors. Printing forms can also be designed in the browser. The required elements can be positioned on the printing form using drag-and-drop. Cloud Essentials enables label templates to be linked to the company’s databases, for example Access, Excel and other SQL databases. This allows printing processes to be automated. You can define rules to adapt labels to changed information in your database, for example, to automatically print an updated label in the event of a reposting. It is possible to execute print jobs via the browser. Cloud Essentials includes storage of the print history for three months.

Loftware Cloud Business: The Cloud Business module expands the options for efficient labeling processes. It also enables designing of printing forms and the automation of print jobs. In addition, it offers a homogeneous solution to organize labelling throughout the company and even involve third parties. Central hub is the web-based Document Management System DMS. Access authorizations and all printers can be managed via DMS. Documents such as label templates as well as the print history and audit history of actions are indexed, stored and managed here. Based on their role, associates can be assigned access authorization. Labeling processes can be seamlessly integrated into cloud or on-premise enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS or MES. Cloud Business supports SAP, Oracle, IBM Sterling and Microsoft Dynamics, among others. Paper-based procedures paralyze the progress of critical processes and are prone to errors. Digitization minimizes the effort and time involved in approval procedures for label designs. It also reduces the amount of stored data by eliminating unnecessary label variants. Label templates can be securely released via the cloud to third-party users such as suppliers. This ensures consistent labeling throughout the enterprise and by all other parties involved. Printers from SATO and Zebra enable direct cloud printing. Loftware also provides over 4,500 printer drivers so that labels can be printed with almost any device. Cloud Business includes print history storage for 1 year (optional 5 years).

Loftware Cloud Compliance: In addition to the functions available in Loftware Cloud Business, the Cloud Compliance module ensures conformity with legal and company regulations. This is particularly relevant for the life science industry. Cloud Compliance facilitates the label validation process to avoid delays in procedures and fines due to breaches of regulations. Regular compliance updates are provided with the Validation Acceleration Pack (VAP). In addition, Loftware compliance specialists are available to assist you. Cloud Compliance includes a 12-year print history.
