HONEYWELL SCANPAL EDA52: Robust Pocket-sized PDA
Convenient operation: The Honeywell ScanPal EDA52 has a large 5.5-inch multi-touch screen offering a comfortable user interface. A Qualcomm Snapdragon SM6115 octa-core processor with a clock rate of up to 2.0 GHz provides the processing power to handle your data and run business apps. The EDA52 is available with 3 GB RAM/32 GB Flash, 4 GB RAM/64 GB Flash or 6 GB RAM/128 GB Flash. Storage can be extended with a MicroSD card by up to 128 GB. The mobile terminal runs Android 11 and is rated Android Enterprise Recommended (AER).
Digital data acquisition: For optimized workflows, barcode and RFID capture has become an important factor. The ScanPal EDA52 handheld terminal is equipped with an enterprise-level scan engine for 1D and 2D data capture. Even damaged or poorly printed codes can be read fast and accurately with the integrated Honeywell S0703 imager. If your workflows require RFID collection, the EDA52 is compatible with the Honeywell IH25 RFID reader.
Cameras: Capture photos with the EDA52’s 13-megapixel rear camera and make video calls using the 5-megapixel front camera.
Wireless communication options: The Honeywell ScanPal EDA52 comes with Wi-Fi and is available with LTE as option. The WWAN version offers one nano SIM slot and one eSIM slot. Pair the EDA52 easily with other devices via Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC.
Made for a long service life: Fast working processes and rough environments are a challenge for smart devices. The Honeywell ScanPal EDA52 is up to it. The handheld terminal can withstand drops from a height of 1.3 m or of 1.5 m with a rubber boot. Gorilla Glass 5 ensures high durability and scratch resistance of the touch screen. The robust PDA is sealed against the ingress of dust and water in accordance with protection class IP67. It can be operated within a temperature range from -20 °C to +50 °C.
User-replaceable battery: A long-lasting battery provides power for more than 12 hours. It is fully charged in less than 3.5 hours.
Accessories: Various charger options, RFID bracket, scan handle, rubber boot, wrist strap, hand strap. Accessories are backward compatible.
