HONEYWELL PC45 SERIES: Compact 4-inch Label Printers with Focus on Reliability and Flexibility
Smooth workflows: With the PC45 label printer series, Honeywell ensures reliability. The two models PC45T and PC45D are robustly built and deliver high print quality. Depending on the application, you can choose a print resolution of 203 dpi or 300 dpi. At 203 dpi resolution, the maximum print speed is 8 ips and the maximum print width is 4.25″ (108 mm). Media with a maximum width of 4.65″ (118 mm) and a minimum length of 0.25″ (6.35 mm) can be processed. The 3.5-inch color display enables intuitive operation of the printers.
High Flexibility: Choose the printer that fits your applications. The PC45T is a thermal transfer printer. It is suitable for printouts that are used long-term. Somewhat smaller is the PC45D version for direct thermal printing. This model is ideal if printouts are only used for a short time. Multiple connections such as USB, Ethernet, and a serial interface (opt.) as well as wireless connections such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and RFID, offer a lot of flexibility in terms of printer location and application field. A cellular interface (WWAN) is also available as an option. The printers of the PC45 series can process multiple media types: labels with and without liner, labels with black mark or with gap as well as receipt paper, tags, and wristbands. The PC45 label printer series is suitable for use with SAP and Oracle WMS.
Reliable operation through Honeywell software solutions: The Printer Edge platform includes a range of software tools for centralized printer management. Printer Edge provides a clear, easy-to-use dashboard and enables remote control of the printers, automated software updates as well as troubleshooting from a central location. The PC45 series’ desktop printers can also be used with Honeywell’s cloud-based Operational Intelligence management solution (license required).
Security: The PC45T and PC45D label printers offer secured network connections and encryption protocols to ensure security.
