DATALOGIC QuickScan QM2131: Multi Handheld Scanner
Datalogic’s QuickScan QM2131 has a large depth of field and a long scan line, which makes it easy to read all codes even from a short distance. It captures all standard linear codes as well as stack codes and read also poor or damaged barcodes and even digital codes on smart devices or computer screens are readable easily. As soon as a code has been successfully read, the user receives a reliable reading confirmation by means of an adjustable acoustic signal and additionally by the patented “Green Spot” technology.
The handheld scanner is excellently suited for continuous use and is therefore particularly robust. During tests, it was able to overcome several falls from a height of 1.5 m on concrete. The device is also protected against dust and dripping water.
For a simple and convenient use, the QuickScan QM2131 offers various interfaces: OEM (IBM) USB, RS-232, USB. With the “remote host” application, the device can also be managed remotely.
