Datalogic‘s PowerScan PBT9500-DPM Evo: Comfortable but Rugged
The Datalogic PowerScan PBT9500-DPM Evo makes scanning quick, easy and intuitive. This is possible by the latest optics and software. Depending on the DPM technology, the surface of the object and the resolution of the codes, the reading distance of contact is 4-5 cm. Furthermore, the detection of conventional 1D and 2D barcodes is possible. Thanks to the high-resolution optics, the PBT9500-DPM Evo barcode scanner can also read particularly small, high-resolution codes. Here, the distance is 0-15 cm.
By default, the PBT9500-DPM Evo Barcode Scanner is equipped with Bluetooth 3.0, for special software commands the barcode scanner can also be configured to radio class 1. Then the scanner gets a range of up to 40 m or 90 m.
As usual for Datalogic, the PBT9500-DPM Evo barcode scanner are known for their ease of use. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, the device is not only easy to hold, it is also more comfortable for the eyes thanks to the new lighting system and gentle white light.
