ADVANTECH UTC-500 SERIES: State-of-the-Art Customer Service
The Advantech UTC-500 series presents the perfect all-in-one business computing solution: a new approach to customer service and operational performance. Its sleek computer terminals are highly customizable to suit various business sectors. They can be used as self-service terminals, interactive information boards or eMenu terminals as well as for price and inventory checking, advertising, customer feedback, customer visit management or meeting room management etc.
There is a choice of 5 display sizes available to choose the adequate dimensions for individual application purposes: 10.1”, 15.6”, 21.5”, 32”, 42.6”. The tablet computers of the Advantech UTC-500 series can be ordered with projected capacitive or analog resistive touch screen or with a plain glass panel without touch function. 9H hardness glass and an IP65-rated front panel ensure high durability. There are versions with antimicrobial surface for the use in hygiene-sensitive areas available. The UTC-542 optionally features mirror coating.
The Advantech UTC-500 series provides a huge range of processor options: Intel Atom E3825, Intel Celeron N2807 or J1900, Intel Core i3, i5, i7, AMD G-Series T40E. The powerful UTC-500 series business computers offer extensive internal HDD storage or a dual swappable HDD/SDD slot with RAID support (UTC-542 only). Depending on preference, there is a choice between Windows, Android or Linux operating system environments. The fan-less touch computers provide various I/O ports and network options for multiple applications.
