Fault Report Form

In case of a fault of your devices, you can use the following form to report your issues. Please fill the fields as completely as possible. The fields with a * are required fields. If you need an on-site assignment, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible after receiving the fault report.

The RMA number is to identify your fault report and must be used at all of your communication related to this case. For repair orders, which will be done in our workshop, please state the RMA number on all your documents and send the device to our service department.

    For a complete Analysis of errors and adjusting of the device, please send in the complete additional equipment (like battery packs, battery covers, charging docks, power adapters and cables) as well. If you send in a label printer, please add the label roll and ribbon.
